Are there any transaction fees?
There are never any transaction fees with Zelle but may be with your bank if sending funds from a business account.
When you are sending from a business account you may have to pay any transaction fees your bank charges for the use of Zelle. This still may be cheaper than the credit card transaction fees – you will see any associated fees on Zelle prior to sending funds.
In the rare occasion banks charge a fee, it may by charged to your account or be taken out of the amount you are sending. We will not process your order until any applicable fees are paid, and we receive your complete order total amount. For example, if your bank states they charge $5 per fee for sending from a business account and it is taken from the amount you are sending you will need to include that $5 fee in addition to your order total if they subtract that fee from the amount, you are sending us. We will not process your order until we receive your total order amount paid in full.
I sent money through Zelle, what’s next?
Once you have paid in full, we will update your order to processing once we confirm your payment is received. It is important to put your order number in the comments when paying so we can trace your payment to your order. This is an extra step for us so it may take a few hours for us to update your order from on-hold to processing. Thank you for your patience as we help you save money 🙂
I received an order confirmation with “processing order” but not sure if I paid…
If you clicked “Place Order” before logging into your bank app to pay via Zelle you have NOT paid. All of our Zelle information is available at checkout. You may take a screenshot of that information on your phone if needed.
All new order emails will contain “processing order” regardless of payment status. We have not figured out how to navigate around that yet but want to allow Zelle payments as a free check out option for you.

An easy fix 🙂 Simply reply to your order email and we will email you a link to complete your purchase with the payment of your choice.
What do I do with the qr code at checkout?
We offer this as a matter of convenience to YOU. Log into Zelle through your bank account or app. When select “send” funds you can scan our qr code to quickly send money without needing to manually enter our email address. Scanning a QR code also ensures that you’re sending money to the correct person, reducing the risk of errors. If you’re like us, we are always concerned we will send money to the wrong place, and our qr code provides peace of mind there. Transactions are processed in moments, making it a fast way to transfer funds. We offer this as a matter of convenience to YOU.
Can I use the Zelle QR code on my phone and computer?
You can use someone’s Zelle QR code on both a computer and a phone! On a phone, you simply open your banking app, select “Send Money with Zelle,” and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code. On a computer, you can also use the Zelle feature within your online banking portal. You’ll need to log in, navigate to the Zelle section, and use your computer’s camera or a QR code scanning app to scan the QR code.
QR code not scanning?
Sometimes that happens. Try getting closer, further, and in between, Sometimes changing angles will help too. You can manually send to our account directly by using the convenient copy buttons next to our email and name at checkout.
What if I need to change the business or friend option for us in Zelle?
You can change the recipient type in Zelle! If you initially categorized someone as a trusted “friend” or “business,” you can update that information. Here’s how:
Delete the contact and re-enter it correctly or
1. Open your Zelle app or online banking.
2. Go to the “Transfer & Pay” section and select “Send & Request Money with Zelle.”
3. Select “Manage Recipients.”
4. Choose the recipient you want to update and select “Edit Recipient.”
5. Update the recipient’s information and save your changes.
