Our Farm

Our Problem

Our family sunburns easily due to fair-skin. Every store product we try is greasy, causes acne, or takes weeks to have an effect. The “natural” and “organic” brands we used all varied in smell, consistency, and ingredient list. Moreover, these products do not compare to breaking a leaf from a plant and directly applying it to our skin. We never found a brand we liked enough to continue purchasing.

Further, at 25, I became ill with autoimmune complications, swollen joints, leaky gut syndrome, and chronic fatigue syndrome. The swelling and inflammation in my knees was so bad at times my husband had to literally carry me up the stairs in our home. As a nurse by profession, I chose the conventional American route. I spent thousands of dollars despite “good” insurance with specialists and doctors. Ultimately, I was told nothing could be done outside of medications or surgery. Thankfully, I took responsibility for my health. I made simple, affordable diet and lifestyle changes. These changes quickly led to the reversal of all my diagnoses!

Our Research

We discovered aloe vera gels and juices go through harmful processes. Please click this article for details. The plants are cut from the plant. Next, they are macerated hours or days later. Followed by and process with heat or steam. Then made into a concentration, powder, or diluted with city water. Chemicals are added to; deodorize, de-colorize, and stabilize the product for presentation. Finally, preservatives are added to increase shelf life. After all these steps, are there any actual aloe vera properties in these products?

We feel deceived learning the real story of how many aloe products end up on the store shelf. In fact, it made sense why we never had results from store-bought products. You can click here to read the shocking truth, “No evidence of aloe vera found in the aloe vera at Wal-Mart, CVS, Target”.

Our Choice

Today, we make a difference by educating and offering a premium product. We aim to empower you to implement the principle of informed consent into all facets of your life. We encourage you to ask questions and consider different perspectives to make the best decisions for you and your family.

An estimated 98% of aloe vera products sold in the USA are from the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and India. Our Texas farm supports hard-working American businesses and provides truly local fresh raw aloe.

In Summary

Our farm is a homestead diamond in the rough. Heavy rains naturally create run-off from streets and other fertilized areas. This run-off could result in the presence of contaminants on our land. The chemistry in the soil often ends up in your plants. Therefore, we built untreated and unstained cedar wood raised beds. We fill our beds with soil from a local equally minded company. These beds receive plenty of sunshine and rainwater.

No expense has been spared or corner cut in building our farm to save a few bucks because our aloe is not just for our family but yours. Equally important, we only use USA-made materials for building and maintaining. Finally, our aloes receive constant supervision and care from our family only. Our farm is small and straightforward, with every decision made with you in mind.

Cheers to YOUR health!
