Shipping Fresh Frozen Raw Aloe

Ground shipments may arrive defrosted or warm ready to drink, especially during warmer months – your aloe is not spoiled! 😊 Simply refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days or re-freeze ASAP.

  • If you need it to arrive frozen or cold guaranteed, choose the 2Day shipping option in your cart.
  • 2Day shipments will ship Monday-Wednesday.
  • Ground orders will ship Monday to assure timely delivery. If a holiday falls on that day, it will ship the following week.
  • Ground shipments of aloe may arrive defrosted or warm – your aloe is NOT spoiled! Simply consume and refrigerate or freeze within 10 days.
  • WE DO NOT ship to parcel or po boxes as they do not offer 3–5-day delivery. We will never mail you anything other than your purchases to you. We will never sell or share our information including address, see our privacy policy here
  • If you live in an apartment, duplex, or similar make sure apartment or suite numbers are added to shipping address.
  • Check and re-check to assure correct shipping address including apartment numbers! You may do this in your confirmation order email if you missed it at checkout. Carriers charge a minimum $22.50 fee for address changes once your order is in route.
  • You will NOT SEE shipping options if your cart has less than $75. You may mix and match products 🙂
  • If you want the ground shipping to Nevada, please email us and we can accommodate although your aloe will likely take 1 week to arrive.

  • NOW SHIPPING TO CANADA! As this is a new process for us here is some information.
  • Shipping to Canada may change depending on the reliability of the carriers, THEREFORE YOUR FEEDBACK IS ESSENTIAL! Please email us anytime with any details and feedback.
  • We have heard good things from other small businesses shipping to Canada. However, we will not issue refunds for items held up in the Customs of your country. If you know your customs in not trustworthy, we recommend you not order from us.
  • Shipping costs at checkout do not include duties and taxes (D&T).
