Shipping Fresh Frozen Raw Aloe
- All orders will ship Monday or Tuesday to assure timely delivery.
- If a holiday falls on those days, it will ship the following week.
- May arrive defrosted and ready to drink especially during summer months.
- Shipped with dry ice and ice packs – please read included safety sheet.
- You will receive a brief survey the day of delivery – your help is essential to assuring a premium arrival.
- WE DO NOT ship to parcel or po boxes as they do not offer 3-4 day delivery. If you live in an apartment customers report success making arrangements with the front desk for delivery. We will never mail you anything other than your purchases to you. We will never sell or share our information including address, see our privacy policy here
- A minimum of $75.00 purchase of frozen products is required.

If you purchase fresh frozen aloe & aloe pups there is an increase in shipping calculation at check out. These items will ship separately. Frozen aloe temperatures will damage or kill your aloe pup. Canada Shipping
- NOW SHIPPING TO CANADA! As this is a new process for us here is some information.
- Shipping to Canada may change depending on the reliability of the carriers, THEREFORE YOUR FEEDBACK IS ESSENTIAL! We will send out a survey upon receiving your shipment and your welcome to email us anytime with any details and feedback.
- We have heard good things from other small businesses shipping to Canada. However, we do not issue refunds for items held up in the Customs of your country. If you know your customs in not trustworthy, we recommend you not order from us, and please let us know.
- Shipping costs at checkout do not include duties and taxes (D&T).
