We currently have 2 Local Pick up options; Flexible weekday and weekend pick up at the West Rd Shopping Center 16050 West Rd Houston, TX 77095 & Sunday and Wednesday evening pick up at the Kroger Shopping Center 14060 Farm to Market 2920
UPON CHECKOUT please complete contact information or a detailed note making it easy for us to arrange a convenient pick up time and details.
Our business hours are 10 am-2 pm central standard time Tuesday and Thursday. During these hours we will answer emails return phone calls, and arrange pick up times.

Refund & Return Policy
Our product is produced primarily for quality consumption and is therefore perishable. Honest Aloe inner leaf gel is not primarily produced to taste good, smell good, or last a long time. Our inner leaf aloe gel is natural and has no preservatives, chemicals, flavors, or stabilizers. It’s taste especially varies from customer to customer, as well as smell. If we do our due diligence in delivering it to you in its proper condition within a timely manner, then your product is not returnable. If you do not think you will like the taste or aroma, and may possibly wish to return it for such a reason, please do not purchase our product. There are plenty of other products on the market that use processing practices (although harmful to microbiology of aloe) to guarantee pleasant smell, taste, and long shelf life; perhaps those are the product for you.
Shipping – If we fail to deliver our frozen products in good condition within 6 days once shipped, we will refund or replace your shipment based on your preference providing that you notify us within 12 hours of receiving our product. However, we require the completed shipping arrival survey to be complete as well as detailed photographs of the shipping container externally and internally and the products itself. We may require your product be returned to us prior to receiving a refund.
Local pick-up orders are non-refundable as they are hand delivered frozen.

Honest Aloe, LLC (“we”, “us”, or”our”) take your privacy and individual freedom rights seriously. The “site” means this website, together with any related domains and mobile sites. If you email us on our Contact Us page with a call back number and inquiry we will call you in a timely manner during our business hours.
We do not and will never sell or share your contact information beyond normal business procedures. The personal information/contact information you provide may be used in the following ways:
Processing and fulfilling all orders you place with us include processing payment, creating and printing the necessary shipping labels for mail carriers, and direct communications to you.
For in person or online credit or debit card purchases your details are managed by a gateway and merchant processor.
Direct communications and marketing efforts toward you may include direct mail, email, phone call, and text messages. Our social media platforms include Instagram.
In the rare case, collection of unpaid balances.
Any other means where Honest Aloe is conducting it’s direct business or marketing with you.
If you are subscribed to our email list and wish to unsubscribe, please opt out at any time as we comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. You can also contact us regarding the removal of your contact information from our database as long as all pending transactions are complete.
Please note that even if you opt out of your subscription, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or orders you have placed. When you make online purchases we will continue to confirm your order status and shipment by email even if you have previously unsubscribed.
Information We Collect & Keep
We hold the security, integrity and confidentiality of your information to be extremely important. Thus we have implemented and will use reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification.
When you place an order on our site we collect and keep your IP address per order, dates and times of transactions, name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment method, last four digits of your credit card number, expiration date, and transaction ID in our database.
We may also collect and store other details you provide such as who referred you and miscellaneous notes you provide.
For items shipped, tracking numbers are kept in our database related to your order(s).
Most of these details are kept to ship and track your packages, answer charge-back requests, verify purchases related to returns, etc.
Portions of your details may be kept in one or more databases including our website database, accounting software, and shipping software.
We keep information you provide for 7 years unless otherwise requested by you to be removed.
All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information provided at any time, with exception of their username. Upon request, we can also see, edit, and delete information manually for these users.
