Oral Use
- Drink on an empty stomach for maximum healing benefits to avoid absorption interference from other foods and drinks.
- Drink with vitamins or healthy food for maximum absorption benefits. Aloe vera increases fat- and water-soluble vitamin absorption according to the IASC. In fact, vitamin c and e absorption rates are increased by 200% with a natural time release effect for 48 hours when taken with aloe vera. You may click here to read the study.
- You will need to gently invert before opening.
- DO NOT drink directly from the bottle. This will naturally preserve your aloe longer. If you drink directly from the bottle the bacterial from your mouth or back wash will cause your aloe to spoil at a faster rate.
- NEW CUSTOMER: we recommend a loading dose of 1oz per 20lbs of body weight for 3-7 days on an empty stomach, then evaluate your health and skin to base your ongoing dose. For example, if you weigh 100lbs then take 5oz per day for a loading dose.
- It is not uncommon for frequent bowel movements initially, especially if you are fiber deleted. These have been described as normal, soft, or loose.
- RETURNING CUSTOMER: drink at least 2 tbsp a day. Customers take 2 tbsp – 32 tbsp daily as health goals change.
- If you are new to aloe start with 1 tbsp at a time and increase your dose to personal preference. Drink as tolerated.
- Some customers keep frozen and defrost only when having symptoms.
- Once defrosted, you may refreeze or into another container – even ice cube trays! Aloe expands 30% more than water when frozen, therefore, we do not recommend refreezing in glass.
- Once defrosted treat it like milk; keep it refrigerated as it is perishable. If the taste is intolerable, add your preferred sweetener such as stevia or another beverage.

- If applying from bottled gel; use a q-tip or cotton ball from bottle and avoid constant re-dipping to prevent contamination.
- Our aloe is versatile and can be added to various personal care items.
- Most commonly used for hair styling gel in men and women from our inner leaf gel or directly from our fresh peeled leaves for a lasting hold.
