We highly recommend Honest Aloe! After Charreé explained all of the steps they take to make sure their aloe is as pure as possible, from the specific soil and compost they use, to the way they have structured their small farm to minimize herbicide/pesticide runoff from neighboring properties, to the aloe plants almost always being watered with rainwater (and if they must water in a drought…y’all, they haul water from their complex indoor water purification system to make sure all of the chemicals in tap water aren’t getting into their aloe!). Needless to say, after hearing all of the careful steps they take, there’s just really no way we would be buying any random aloe supplement at the health food store. When you buy from their family, you’re getting your aloe about as close to “just picked” as possible, and there’s nothing yucky added (preservatives, etc.). Plus, their family is so sweet, and they genuinely care about you as a person, not just a customer, which is additionally evidenced by their desire not to keep you coming back forever as a customer. They want to see you get better, and they’ll even give you pointers on how to grow your own aloe if you decide you want to do it yourself. Those, to me, are points showing they truly care about their customers as people…and not lining their pocketbook with repeat customers. I love this stuff! It’s so pure and so effective! I knew my pH was off and I noticed a deep split in the middle of my tongue. Then I got sick with diarrhea one weekend and knew I needed some help! So I got myself a bottle and drank a few ounces. Within 24 hours, the Crack healed so much and my tongue was pink again instead of coated with white! It was amazing. And I was “regular” again for the first time in a few weeks!
